COVID-19 UPDATE June 29, 2020

March 23, 2020

The office of RedFrame Law is now open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9am to 4pm. Even though the Government of Alberta is in “relaunch” mode for the economy, we still prefer to meet with clients virtually (Zoom of Google Meet) or by phone whenever possible and observe best practices for health and safety in face of the continuing COVID-19 pandemic. We will do in-person meetings at the office on an as-need basis. If you need to meet in person, you must book an appointment – no drop-ins allowed. To book an appointment, please use the following link:

In-Person Meeting Policies

You must following the below policies for in-person meetings at our office, which is shared with Insight Law LLP:

1. Symptoms: Do not come to our office if you have any of the following COVID-19 symptoms: cough, fever, shortness of breath, runny nose, sore throat, stuffy nose, painful swallowing, headache, chills, muscle or joint aches, feeling unwell in general, new fatigue or severe exhaustion, gastrointestinal symptoms, loss of sense of smell or taste, pink eye. If you have any of these symptoms, we suggest you visit Alberta Health Service’s website to book a COVID-19 test:

2. Masks and Hygiene: During meetings at our offices, everyone in the meeting must wear a mask (non-valve type, medical or non-medical) covering their mouth and nose. You can bring your own mask or use a disposable one available at reception. We have hand sanitizer available for you to use and, of course, you can use the washroom for hand washing, etc.

3. Physical Distancing: We will do our best to observe the physical distancing practices suggested by Alberta Health Services. It might not always be possible to keep 2 metres of distance between attendees in a boardroom, but for everyone’s safety, we will minimize the number of attendees and physical contact, i.e. no handshakes.

Thank you for your patience as we continue to work while doing our part to keep ourselves, our clients and the public safe. We will continue to monitor the situation and will update this post accordingly. Please email us if you have any questions:
